Marketmore 76 remains the most widely-planted open-pollinated slicing cuke in the US. It resembles the cukes found in supermrkets. The fruits are highly marketable a variety sold in many farmers markets. WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE: A clear zip locked resealable bag clearly labeled with seed type of the fresh quality seed that will yield, when planted, the beautiful plant as described. Plant cucumbers in hills or mounds with plenty of added organic matter. Sow 6-7 seeds in a hill, thinning to the 3 best vines. Planting & Growing: In cool regions, start seeds indoors 10-14 days before the last frost, or sow seeds directly when the soil is at least 70F.
