Kiwi Plant or often called as kiwi or Chinese gooseberry is berries from the several species of woody vines in the genus of Actinidia. Most common shape is oval, estimating 5-8 cm in length and 4.5-5.5 cm in diameter. The color of the berries is dull greenish-brown skin and bright green or golden flesh with rows of tiny, black edible seeds. It is soft in texture but has a unique sweet flavor. Mostly found in China, Italy, New Zealand, Chile, Greece and France. The berries are rich in vitamin C five times greater than oranges, also includes vitamins A, K, E and B, pottassium, copper, folate and fiber.
