Winter Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium), also known as "Garden Chervil" or "French Parsley", resembles parsley but has a mild anise or licorice flavor. Tastes very similar to tarragon. This annual is popular for salads and micro greens and is excellent when used with fish, potatoes, and soups . Medicinally it has been known to treat fevers and hiccups.
