In all but the very warmest areas of the United States, Zones 9a and above on the USDA Plant Hardiness Map, September 1st should most likely be seen as the latest to plant Tif Blair Centipede Seed. Seeding after this date gives the plant very little time to establish itself before the colder temperatures and frost arrive.
